We offer a ‘walk & talk’ consultancy that illustrates the opportunities to better present your house. If you decide to hire our furniture & soft furnishings, artworks etc, we deduct the cost from the quotation.

‘Sale Ready’ Consultation

Assessment up to 3 hours, price varies

As a retired architect and project manager, Megan Lloyd knows the ‘deal breaker’ items that require attention before a sale campaign. We can provide:

• Assessment of items, establishing scope of works required.

• Project management plan of repairs

• Calling quotations for attending to scope of works

• Refurbishment services can include kitchen, bathroom, floor coverings, painting, light fitting replacement, garden overhauls and more

• ‘value adds’ to enhance your property
