What type of service do you provide?

 

We provide  a consultative service whereby we come to your property and consider the best way to present your property for the all important pre-sale photo shoot.
Our ‘walk & talk’ consultation service costs $220 for the visit.
Also, we hire out furniture and furnishings for a whole house or partial house.

 

 

What is involved with hiring of furniture and furnishings

 

Ballarat Property Styling offers a service in styling properties that are being offered for sale, using a range of furniture, soft furnishing , lamps, artwork and accessories, on a rental arrangement.  Property styling has been recognized as a successful way of enticing more people through your property and therefore more potential buyers.

 

 

How much does hiring of furnishings cost?

 

The cost of hiring furnishings depends on the quantity, and how long your need them. For example, we hire out items for a photo shoot, or for a four week pre-auction campaign. This can be extended if required by the week.
We can hire out a few items, or fit out a whole house depending on your needs. 

 

What does the cost of hiring include?

 

The cost of hiring includes the following:
·       Hire cost per room/hire period
·       Transportation
·       Set-up
·       Collection at end of agreed period


How long does it take to set-up before a photo shoot?

 

Set-up normally takes between six and eight hours.


When does payment need to be made?

 

We require payment to be made before the set-up. We issue an invoice. Our system can take direct debit or credit card payment.
