Property Styling, full package

Your quotation for property styling includes hire of furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, & accessories, styling of your property, hire period (usually for four weeks), transport to & from property & a light clean after installation. We have a minimum of two weeks hire period.

We curate a consistent look for your property from our very large collection of items. We check empty properties once a week to check all is in order, fluff up the cushions, & add more lollies to the lolly bowl. Our installation of furniture & styling usually takes one day. We like to have a clean house to work with. However, we can organise cleaning for you if required.

Partial styling

If you have some furniture that you want to use, we can provide a quotation for hire of soft furnishings, artwork & accessories to help. This is of great assistance to help lift the look of your property.

Presentation for Photo shoot only

If you want a partial style for a photo shoot only, we can provide you with a quotation. If required, we can organize photographs, also a drone video or walk through video.

Rental property presentation

We offer styling packages to help you attract the type of tenants you are targeting. Our styling can be for just the photo shoot, or more. We can also assist with organising repairs & renovations, such as

• Painting

• Gardening overhaul, and/or landscaping

• Changing floor coverings

• Plumbing /Electrical repairs

• Carpentry repairs
